The program aims to support Team Member’s development with hands on workplace learning, a personal coach and 24/7 access to online leadership resources. The workshops will cover 3 key categories: elevating results, elevating yourself and elevating others. These categories are targeted to build your knowledge in retail business, leadership, communication, team performance and much more!
Over Harris Scarfe’s long history, our Customer Centricity has embodied our values and service model and we utilise Specialists in our stores who can educate the broader team regarding product features on a wide range of products and general knowledge about our “Famous For” categories in Bedding, Bathroom, Cooking & Entertaining and Intimate Apparel.
