Whether it’s resolving delivery delays or helping with stock queries, our Help Desk team members need to be clear communicators, calm under pressure, and great at problem-solving.

You’ll need to juggle multiple issues at once while keeping service levels high and ensuring stores are supported to serve their customers.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, great teamwork, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll need strong literacy and numerical skills, a proactive attitude, and the physical fitness to stay on your feet throughout the day.

In addition to their leadership responsibilities, they actively participate in hands-on tasks within our Distribution Centre, including coordinating stocktakes, conducting cyclical counts, and handling various administrative and reporting duties.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example – balancing hands-on work with people leadership, and keeping things running smoothly with minimal supervision.

It’s a fast-paced leadership role that requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while keeping your team engaged and productive.

You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement, helping us find smarter, faster ways to operate.

This is a data-driven role that requires experience in logistics, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure stock flows efficiently, store needs are met, and KPIs are achieved – even under pressure.
