From sourcing and selecting great value products to forecasting and analysing performance, our Merchandise Team keeps our range fresh and relevant.

Our Buyers work closely with suppliers to curate the right offer for our customers, while our Business Planners and Allocators manage inventory and ensure stock flows efficiently across the store network.

Our Regional Managers oversee multiple stores across the country – they lead with insight, inspire their teams, and turn strategy into results.

E-COMMERCE

PROPERTY & STORE DEVELOPMENT

The dynamic Property & Store Development Team oversees out multi-million-dollar property portfolio and handles the facilities management for our extensive network of over 270 Spotlight, Anaconda & Harris Scarfe stores.

This team is responsible for managing the design, construction, and fit-out of new stores, as well as overseeing relocations, renovations, and extensions across four countries. Their expertise ensures that each project is executed to the highest standards, supporting the continued growth and success of our brand.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The Information Technology Team is dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable systems that enhance and streamline our business processes, empowering us to achieve essential goals and outcomes efficiently.
