TEAM MEMBER

Be the face of Harris Scarfe.
Our Team Members are hands-on, engaging with customers, replenishing stock, supporting store operations, and bringing our brand to life on the shop floor. It’s a fast-paced and physical role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping people.

RECEIVING AND DOCK

Keep the stock moving and the shelves full. Our Receiving & Dock Team plays a critical role behind the scenes - managing incoming deliveries, getting products onto the floor quickly, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. From unloading trucks to checking off manifests, this team ensures accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations every day.

We’re looking for team members who:

  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with both store teams and external partners
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Take pride in maintaining clean, well-stocked, and accurate store displays

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for the performance, presentation, and product strategy within a specific category. ASM’s drive results, inspire their team, and ensure their department is running smoothly each day.
